PROGRAM FACILITATORS
Fr. Thomas M. Dragga, D. Min
Tom is a priest of the Diocese of Cleveland. He graduated from Borromeo Seminary in 1979 and was ordained in 1983. He ministered at St. Leo the Great Parish and St. John Vianney Parish in Cleveland. He received his Master of Divinity degree from St. Mary Seminary and in 1993 he received his Doctorate from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. In 1988, he was named chairperson of the Bishop's Committee on Vocations and in 1993 he joined the Pastoral Theology and Field Education Department of St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology. In 1996, Tom was named the seventh President-Rector of Borromeo Seminary, which is the undergraduate seminary for the Diocese of Cleveland. He holds a joint position as President of the College seminary while continuing to serve as an assistant professor of Pastoral Theology at St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology and an adjunct faculty member of John Carroll University. He also serves as the weekend presider at St. Noel Parish in Willoughby Hills as well as the associate director of Continuing Education and Formation of Ministers for the Diocese of Cleveland.

Rick Krivanka
Rick has been the Director of the Diocesan Pastoral Planning Office for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland since 1979. He earned his undergraduate degree and a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. He has conducted diocesan-wide stewardship processes and given transition workshops for priests and religious in ministry across the country. He has directed urban planning, development and partnership projects related to the metropolitan areas of Cleveland, Akron and Lorain, Ohio. In 1995 the Conference for Pastoral Planning and Council Development (CPPCD) awarded Rick the Lumen Gentium Award, a national recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions in support of pastoral planning and council development. He is part of the Cleveland Diocesan Staff for Stephen Covey's The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and a skilled facilitator for the National Federation of Priests' Councils.

Sr. Regina Kusnir, VSC
Regina is a member of the Vincentian Sisters of Charity in Bedford, OH. She has served the Administrative Team of her Congregation as the Coordinator of the Strategic Planning Process and the Assistant General Superior. Regina has a Masters degree in Religious Education from St. John College in Cleveland. Her accreditations include Certified Pastoral Administrator, Diocese of Cleveland; Cancer Residency Program for Clergy, St. Luke's Medical Center, Cleveland; and Certified Lay Pastoral Minister, Diocese of Cleveland. Since the late 1980's, she has worked as a parish Pastoral Minister and is part of the Cleveland Diocesan Staff as a facilitator for the Covey Leadership programs.

Wayne Martin Lenell, C.P.A., Ph.D.
Wayne has been the Secretary for Finance and Administration for the Diocese of Rockford, Illinois since 1983. He writes extensively and he is the author of the annual NFPC publication Income Taxes for Priests Only. He has also authored several other books of a technical nature and has been a contributing author to the NFPC publication The Laborer is Worthy of His Hire. He has also written articles in such publications as The Priest and Touchstone. Wayne is popular lecturer and serves as an adjunct faculty member for a private university and provides consulting services to several dioceses, particularly in the area of priests' compensation and making the conversion from reporting compensation on Form 1099 to Form W-2.

Fr. Paul Lininger, OFM Conv.
Paul has been the Executive Director of the Conference of Major Superiors of Men (CMSM) since 2005. In this capacity he has represented a diverse range of issues for more than 19,000 vowed religious priests and brothers in the U.S. to many national and international organizations, among them the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management and Churches for Middle East Peace. In 1997 Paul was elected the Treasurer and Trustee of the Immaculate Conception Province of the Order of Friars Minor Conventual. From 1995 to 1997, he was the Formation Director of St. Bonaventure Friary in Washington, DC. and he has served on the faculties of John Hopkins University School of Medicine, St. Bernard's Institute in Albany, NY, and Chestnut Hill College. He also serves as a facilitator and speaker for many organizations, including the National Federation of Priests' Councils. Paul is a licensed counselor with a private practice and he holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College in Maryland as well as a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Theology degree from St. Anthony-on-Hudson Seminary in Rensselaer, NY. Paul joined the Order of Friars Minor Conventual in 1974 and was ordained in 1981.

Kevin McClone, M.Div., Psy.D.
Kevin is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified addictions counselor who has worked for over twenty years in the healthcare field. He maintains a private practice where he offers therapy, consultation, psychological testing, and psychosexual assessment services to seminarians, clergy, and both religious and laymen and women from around the world. In 2003 he co-founded the Institute for Sexuality Studies with his wife Grace Chen-McClone. He has spoken both nationally and internationally on topics related to: human sexuality, addiction recovery, building healthy relationships, and coping with loss and grief. Kevin has also written numerous articles on healthy sexuality, intimacy, and the psycho spirituality of addictions for religious publications and journals. Kevin is an adjunct professor at Catholic Theological Union where he teaches graduate-level courses in human sexuality, grief and loss, pastoral leadership skills, and addiction recovery.

Dominic Perri
Dominic is a facilitator and organizational development consultant who has worked with Catholic dioceses, presbyterates, religious communities, parishes and national Church organizations throughout the United States. Dominic provides facilitation, strategic planning, board development and executive coaching to his clients, including priest convocations. Other groups with whom he has worked include: Georgetown University, Loyola University in Chicago, Paulist Fathers, Irish Christian Brothers of the US and Canada, Jesuits of the New England province, National Organization for Continuing Education of Roman Catholic Clergy (NOCERCC), National Catholic Development Conference and the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. Dominic holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Catholic University of America and master's degrees in Economics and Sociology from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Thomas P. Schroeder
Tom is an independent consultant who has conducted numerous workshops and classes in leadership, conflict resolution, business administration, human resource management, organizational development and pastoral planning for groups around the country including St. Meinrad Seminary, the National Pastoral Life Center and the Alban Institute. He is the former Executive Director of Human Resources for the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg and Chancellor of the Diocese of Saginaw, Michigan. He holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and is certified in the use of the Conflict Dynamics Profile by Eckerd College. He is a former lay minister and has written several articles for a number of church magazines such as NFPC Touchstone, NACPA Issues, NALM Newsletter, NPLC Church and NCEA Seminary Journal.

Fr. Donald Wolf
Don is a priest of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City where he was ordained in 1981. He received his Master of Divinity degree from St. Meinrad School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree in preaching from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary. After ordination he served as pastor of Sacred Heart Parish and was an instructor in the Pastoral Ministry Program of the Archdiocese. From 1997-2000, Don served as the President of the National Federation of Priests' Council. He was the founder the weekly radio program La Voz Catolica and for seven years hosted the program. He is currently the pastor of the Assumption of Mary Parish in Duncan, Oklahoma and a member of the Presbyteral Council.
